The CanDo exercise band PEP pack uses low-powder bands and can be used for a complete progressive resistance exercise program. This moderate pack comes with one each of three different 4 foot bands, green, blue and black, plus an illustrated instruction and exercise chart. The bands are polybagged for additional protection, so the pack is easy to hand to a patient or keep in a gym bag.

Using a PEP Pack for Progressive Resistance

A resistance band set like this lets you start easier and move up as you get stronger. Begin with the green band and follow the exercises on the illustrated chart. When you can finish your sets with good form and the green band feels easy, move up to the blue band, and later to the black band. Hold the band as the chart shows, keep the movement slow and controlled, and avoid letting the band snap back. Check each band for nicks or tears before you use it. Because the pack covers three levels, it is an easy way to build a home program without buying a full roll.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
