CanDo exerciser tubing with handles is a preassembled resistance trainer for upper body, lower body and full body strength and range-of-motion (ROM) workouts. Each exerciser has two foam-covered rigid handles for comfort and a firm grip, so you can start training as soon as it comes out of the box. It is lightweight, takes up very little room and is easy to carry, which makes this exercise tubing with handles a good fit for home programs, the clinic, the office or a hotel room. Choose from five color-coded resistance levels, from Yellow X-Light to Black X-Heavy, and a 48 inch or 36 inch length.

Blue Heavy and Black X-Heavy are best kept for users who already train with tubing. The 36 inch length gives a shorter pull than the 48 inch, so ask your therapist which length suits your exercises. For example, stand on the middle of the tubing for biceps curls and shoulder presses, or loop it around a sturdy, fixed object for rows and chest presses.
