The M.C. Johnson Cath-Secure Plus Catheter Tube Holder is a low-profile catheter securement device used to anchor indwelling urinary catheters and similar small-bore tubing to the patient’s skin. By stabilizing the catheter near the insertion site, it helps reduce inadvertent traction, micromovement, and accidental dislodgement during routine patient care, repositioning, and ambulation.

The Cath-Secure Plus features a butterfly-shaped adhesive base that gives a wide, even surface for skin contact, distributing tension across a larger area. The 2-1/2 inch long tab folds over the catheter and locks onto itself, providing a secure hold while still allowing easy adjustment when the catheter needs to be released or repositioned.
