Relief Pak ColdSpot reusable heavy duty cold packs for injuries provide up to 30 minutes of cold therapy for sprains and strains, muscle soreness, bruises and swelling. Chill the pack in a chilling unit or freezer, wrap it in a towel or cover, and place it on the sore area. Choose from seven sizes: six blue vinyl packs, from a slim 3 x 11 inch throat pack to an 11 x 21 inch oversize pack, plus a 10 inch round institutional grade pack with a heavy-duty black urethane exterior.

How to Use a Reusable Cold Pack

Chill the cold pack in a chilling unit or freezer before use. Always wrap the chilled pack in a towel or use a cold pack cover between the pack and the skin, then apply it to the injured or swollen area for up to 30 minutes. Check the skin often and stop if it becomes numb, very red or painful. The 6 x 23 inch neck size is a handy cold pack for neck and shoulder soreness, and the oversize pack covers larger areas such as the back.
