The Comfort Company Elements gel wheelchair cushion pairs single-layer foam that contours to the body with a four-compartment QuadraGel pack. QuadraGel is designed to prevent gel migration, redistributes pressure and retains heat to help regulate body temperature. A non-skid flat bottom with hook and loop attachments keeps it in place. Choose 16 x 16 or 18 x 16 in, 2 or 3 in thick.
