  • The Roscoe® EasyPulse 5 is a small, lightweight oxygen conserving device, weighing in just over half a pound. Single dial control and ergonomically designed T-Handle/Hand Tight Nut make setting and connecting the EasyPulse 5 easy for any patient or caregiver. The EasyPulse 5 has 5 pulse settings and a 2 LPM continuous flow setting. With a conserving ratio of up to 5.7:1, the EasyPulse 5 reduces deliveries of cylinders to patients and its proven pneumatic reliability, robust design and lack of batteries helps to reduce overall operating costs.

    The EasyPulse 5 utilizes Controlled Minute Volume (CMV) Oxygen Conserving Technology. The patented CMV Technology delivers a pulse algorithm wave form, superior trigger sensitivity and fast delivery time. All this is accomplished pneumatically with a single lumen cannula.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
