The Gentell Surgilast Pre-Cut Elastic Net Retainer Dressing is a pre-cut tubular elastic mesh designed to hold dressings, hot or cold packs, electrodes, and ear dressings securely in place on the head without tape or wraps. The pull-on tubular form is engineered for fast, gentle application and removal across pediatric and adult patients.

The pre-cut format eliminates the need to measure and cut from a roll, reducing setup time at the bedside and supporting consistent retainer length across the care team. The white elastic netting offers a familiar, low-profile look against the head and stays comfortable enough to wear under hats, scrub caps, or during sleep.

Surgilast retainers are a trusted choice for securing wound dressings, hot/cold therapy packs, EEG electrodes, and post-procedure ear coverings without putting tape directly on the patient’s skin or hair. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
