Product Overview

The DawnMist clear flex pen is a disposable security-style writing pen designed for use in correctional, behavioral health, and other clinical settings where a rigid traditional pen would pose an injury or self-harm risk. The clear, flexible plastic barrel bends rather than breaking, and offers no weaponizable rigid edge.

The clear barrel is also a security feature in its own right: contraband cannot be hidden inside the pen body since the entire interior is visible to staff. Black ink delivers clean handwriting on intake forms, charting, signing visitor logs, and the routine paperwork these settings still rely on.

Used in correctional health programs, inpatient psychiatric units, eating disorder programs, detox and addiction units, juvenile and forensic mental-health facilities, and any clinical environment where standard pens are restricted by safety policy. Pens are individually disposable so they can be issued, used, and discarded per facility protocol.

Return and Refund Policy

We want your shopping experience with us to be super easy, so we've made our return and refund guidelines clear and straightforward.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
