Product Overview

The McKesson Fluff Dressing is a sterile cotton wound dressing in 6 x 6-3/4 inch rectangular format, designed for clinical wound management where added bulk and cushioning are needed alongside absorbency. Each pack contains 2 dressings, ready for use as either a primary or secondary dressing.

The lofty, bulky construction provides added cushioning and protection over the wound bed — useful for high-friction body areas, post-op sites, and pressure-sensitive locations. The same loft also gives the dressing room to absorb moderate-to-heavy exudate without saturating quickly, which can extend dressing-change intervals in some workflows.

Cotton fibers are fast-wicking and highly absorbent, drawing fluid away from the wound surface and into the body of the dressing where it stays away from the skin interface. The diagonal fold and conformable structure allow the dressing to mold around irregular wound geometry, which improves contact with the wound and helps avoid dead-space pockets.

Each dressing arrives sterile and is intended for single use. Not made with natural rubber latex. HCPCS code A6403. Packaging is 2 per pack, 20 packs per box, 12 boxes per case.
