The 3M™ Tegaderm™ High Performance Foam Dressing with Border from Solventum is a sterile, oval-shaped polyurethane foam dressing engineered for advanced wound management. Sized at 2-3/4 by 2-3/4 inch with a centered 1-1/4 by 1-1/2 inch pad, it is well suited for partial- and full-thickness wounds with light to moderate exudate, including pressure injuries, leg ulcers, and post-surgical sites.

The dressing features a multi-layer foam construction that delivers excellent fluid management for extended wear time, helping to reduce the frequency of dressing changes. It actively adapts to changing levels of wound exudate to maintain optimal moisture balance, supporting the body’s natural healing environment.

An adhesive film backing serves as a protective barrier against external contaminants and bacteria, while the surrounding acrylic adhesive border secures the dressing in place without requiring secondary fixation. The white film backing also helps clinicians visually monitor the wound margin.

The Tegaderm™ High Performance Spoke Delivery System enables easy, single-handed application and removal, supporting clean technique even on hard-to-reach anatomical locations. Each dressing is sterile, latex free, and packaged for single-patient use.
