The StatLock® Foley Catheter Securement Device is an adhesive anchor system designed to stabilize indwelling Foley catheters at the patient’s thigh, supporting reduced catheter migration, traction injury, and unintentional removal during routine inpatient and home care. Effective securement of indwelling urinary catheters is a recognized best practice in CAUTI-prevention bundles.

The device features a low-profile adhesive anchor with an integrated catheter swivel-and-clip mechanism that grasps the catheter at a fixed point distal to the bifurcation. Patient movement no longer drags directly on the urethra; instead, motion is absorbed at the secure anchor point, helping to protect urethral mucosa and preserve catheter dwell.

StatLock devices are widely used across acute, post-acute, urology, dialysis, and home-care settings as the standard alternative to tape-based catheter securement. The hypoallergenic adhesive footprint accommodates skin tolerance during multi-day wear, with replacement intervals typically aligned to facility tubing-management protocols.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
