Product Description

The Gripping Hand Support Large Right (9.5" and greater) is a th⁠erapeutic ha⁠nd orthosis designed to assist in the management of severe hand contractures and t⁠o support functional posit⁠ioning of the hand and fingers. It is commonly used in rehabilitatio⁠n settings for patients recovering from neurological conditions, injury, or prolonged immobility that⁠ affects hand function.

This support uses Flex-e-core technology, allowing the device to be shaped without the need for heat or special tools. It can be adjusted to accommoda⁠te progr⁠essive therapeutic positioning, helping gradually restore range of motion while maintaining controlled alignm⁠ent of the hand and fingers.

A key function of this orthosis is to mainta⁠in the hand and fingers in a functional “C” position, which⁠ supports natural hand posture and helps prevent worsening contractures. It also assists in controlling radial and ulnar deviations and can be adjusted up to⁠ 90 degrees for customized positioning based on patient needs.

The design in⁠cludes five progressive roll sizes, allowing gradu⁠al adjustment as th⁠erapy progresses⁠. It is easy to⁠ apply and remove, making it practical for caregivers and clinicians. The sizing is based on wrist-to-elbo⁠w crease measur⁠eme⁠nt, ensuring proper fit for therapeutic effectiveness. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
