Product Overview

The HemoCue Cleaner Plus is a purpose-built optronic unit cleaner designed for use with the HemoCue WBC DIFF Analyzer and HemoCue WBC Analyzer. Routine cleaning of the optical lens is essential to keep cell counting and differentiation results accurate, and these pre-saturated cleaners offer a fast, repeatable way to maintain analyzer performance between sample runs.

Each cleaner uses a soft polyurethane foam sponge wrapped in a microfiber fabric and pre-moistened with a specialized cleaning solution. The lint-free and fiber-free construction effectively absorbs residual blood from the optical surface without smearing or leaving particulates that could interfere with the next reading.

To use, insert the cleaner into the analyzer’s microcuvette holder and follow the manufacturer’s service instructions. The combination of an absorbent sponge and active cleaning solution lifts proteins, hemoglobin, and dried blood from the optronic unit, supporting consistent measurement quality across point-of-care and physician office laboratory workflows.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
