The PDC Healthcare Sentry SuperBand Allergy Alert Identification Wristband is a high-visibility red patient ID band designed to flag allergy status at a glance during clinical care. Worn at the wrist, the bright red color communicates the allergy alert in a way that meets common color-coding conventions in many U.S. hospitals and care facilities.

The band measures 11-1/2 inches in length to accommodate adult patients, with a 1 x 3-7/8 inch printable legend area for clear capture of patient identifiers and the "Allergy Alert" message. The polyester construction is durable, water-tolerant, and lightweight enough for comfortable continuous wear during long admissions, surgical workflows, or extended treatment courses.

The patented SecurSnap closure is engineered as a permanent snap that helps prevent wristband transfer between patients, supporting safer patient identification and reducing the risk of misidentification across shifts and departments. Once snapped, the band requires intentional cutting to remove, helping protect chain-of-custody for the alert across the care episode.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
