This Short-Stay Patient Identification Wristband is a write-on identification band designed for use during outpatient visits, ambulatory procedures, day surgery, infusion appointments, and other short-duration encounters where positive patient identification is required but a long-wear band is not necessary.

The band features a smooth write-on surface that accepts standard medical-grade pens for entry of patient name, date of birth, MRN, allergies, and other facility-required identification data. The adhesive closure allows fast single-step application without buckles or clips, supporting throughput in busy ambulatory and pre-procedural workflows.

Supplied without a pre-printed legend, the band is intended for facilities that prefer to handwrite or stamp identification fields based on local protocols. The unstructured layout offers flexibility to capture only the data elements that match each setting’s patient-identification policies.

Each band is supplied non-sterile and packaged for clinical inventory in standard box presentations, suitable for outpatient registration, pre-op holding, infusion centers, dental and dialysis suites, and short-stay procedural units. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
