The Coloplast SenSura Mio Flex High Output Ileostomy Pouch is a 12-1/2 inch maxi-length drainable two-piece pouch designed specifically for adult ileostomy users with high-output stomas. Sized for users with a 50 mm stoma in the Coloplast Red Code two-piece system, this pouch couples to a separately purchased compatible Mio Flex skin barrier.

The pouch features a generous 1080 mL capacity, supporting users who experience high-volume liquid output between drains. The maxi length and large capacity reduce the frequency of bathroom visits during the day and help users sleep through the night without frequent overnight drainage interruptions.

Coloplast’s neutral grey textile gives a discreet, dignified look under everyday clothing while still allowing some visual reference of fill level through the transparent body. A special full-circle filter designed specifically for ileostomy output helps neutralize odor and reduce ballooning while resisting the rapid clogging that can occur with high-output ileostomies.

The drainable bottom outlet uses a tap-style closure that is simple to open and close one-handed, making routine emptying convenient in restrooms or while traveling. Suited for adult ileostomy users at home, in long-term care, and in rehab who already use a Coloplast Red Code Mio Flex two-piece skin barrier.
