Product Overview

The Dukal island dressing is a 2" x 3" sterile, single-step bordered dressing combining a highly absorbent cotton pad surrounded by an adhesive border. The configuration delivers wound coverage, secure adhesion, and modest absorbency in one piece — no separate gauze pad and tape required.

The integrated cotton pad is engineered with a non-adherent contact film, so the pad lifts cleanly off the wound at change time without disrupting fragile granulation tissue. That non-adherent layer is what separates this dressing from a basic taped gauze pad and is the everyday detail that makes change-time less painful for patients with sutured or healing wounds.

Use to dress lightly draining wounds, sutured surgical sites, abrasions, minor cuts, and other low-exudate wounds where a one-piece bordered dressing is the right level of coverage. Apply to clean, dry skin around the wound, replace daily or per facility protocol, and step up to a more absorbent dressing if drainage exceeds the pad's capacity.

If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
