The Medline 4 x 4 inch Island Dressing is a sterile adhesive bordered dressing designed for routine post-surgical and minor wound coverage. The all-in-one bordered construction combines an absorbent central pad with a water-resistant nonwoven adhesive border, simplifying dressing changes by eliminating the need for separate gauze pads and tape.

The central absorbent pad sits directly over the wound while the surrounding adhesive border secures the dressing to intact perilesional skin. The water-resistant nonwoven backing helps shed splash exposure during patient hygiene activities while remaining breathable for skin comfort during daily wear and standard activity.

Each dressing is supplied sterile and individually packaged for clean, single-step application in operating rooms, recovery suites, ambulatory clinics, urgent care, and home-health settings. Removal is straightforward thanks to a skin-friendly adhesive intended to release cleanly from intact skin during scheduled changes.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
