Telfa™ Island Dressing is a sterile 2 × 3 in. rectangular wound dressing made of highly absorbent cotton fabric bonded on both sides with perforated non-adherent film. The non-adherent layer prevents the dressing from sticking to and disrupting healing tissue, while integrated adhesive strips keep the dressing intact on the skin.
