The Telfa Island Dressing 4 x 4 Inch Sterile Square Is Designed To Provide Convenient And Protective Wound Care For Lightly Draining Wounds And Medical Site Coverage. This All-In-One Island Dressing Combines an absorbent nonadherent pad with a soft adhesive backing, allowing for easy application while helping maintain a clean and protected wound environment. The sterile design supports hygienic wound management in both clinical and home care settings.

Constructed With A Soft Nonwoven Backing, The dressing is designed to conform comfortably around the wound area while sealing securely on all four sides.
