We received mostly what we paid for. The scooter itself is pretty great which I guess is the most important thing but the bag in front of the scooter is nothing as displayed in the picture. The one we received is really small and doesn't have that nice closing flap as featured (it's just open). When reaching out about it to "Customer Service", I was ignored 🙁
I used it to replace a broken plastic seat on a Nitro Deluxe model by carefully drilling 8 holes in the Rollator frame. (Takes some skills…)
I’ve been happy with how straightforward this walker is. It feels stable when I lean on it, moves easily on smooth floors, and the grips are comfortable. The height adjustment is simple, which makes getting the right fit much easier.
This walker is easier to move and reposition than I expected. The aluminum frame keeps it manageable while still feeling secure. I also appreciate the clean silver-gray finish and the adjustable legs for getting a better fit.
