Product Overview

The McKesson Tennis Ball Walker Glides are a paired set of yellow walker-leg glides designed to give a quiet, smooth glide across most household and clinic surfaces. By replacing the bare walker tips, the glides reduce the noise and floor scuffing of a standard walker, while making it easier for the user to push the walker forward without lifting.

Installation is tool-free: the glides slide directly over the bottom of the walker legs, which makes them practical for caregivers, family members, and patients themselves to fit at home without specialized hardware. The shape is intended to fit any walker, supporting use across the standard walker product category.

Each set includes an additional pair of glide pads. The pads are the wear surface that contacts the floor and can be replaced when worn down, extending the useful life of the main glide body. This pad-replacement design helps avoid full-set replacement when only the contact surface needs renewal.
