How to Use a Handheld Body Massager

Choose a set of nodes, plug in the 9 foot cord and start on the lowest intensity. Hold the handheld body massager by the main handle, or use the soft-touch front grip with your other hand for more control, and move it slowly over the muscle rather than holding it on one spot. Increase the intensity with the thumb switch only as far as is comfortable. Avoid bony areas, the front of the neck and any injured or inflamed area, and ask your doctor before use if you have a medical condition.
