The Assura® Precut Ostomy Barrier from Coloplast is a standard-wear pectin-based skin barrier engineered for ostomates with smaller-diameter stomas who want a factory-finished fit. As the wafer component of the Coloplast Assura Green Code 40 mm two-piece system, it provides a reliable foundation for compatible drainable, closed, and urostomy pouches.

The 40 mm flange features a precut 5/8 inch (16 mm) stoma opening, removing the need for cutting tools at each application. Coloplast’s pectin-based synthetic resin adhesive provides predictable standard-wear adhesion with strong moisture absorption, supporting peristomal skin health between dressing changes.
