Usage & Application

Begin with clean, dry peristomal skin. Use the printed guide on the back of the barrier to trim the opening to match the exact size and shape of your stoma. Remove the release paper, center the flange over the stoma, and press the silicone adhesive firmly onto the skin from the inside out. Hold for 30 to 60 seconds to activate the adhesive. Snap on a compatible Assura red code drainable, closed, or urostomy pouch, and clip an ostomy belt through the loops if extra support is desired. Replace the barrier as needed based on wear time, typically up to several days.
