The Xpro double-layer adhesive includes two extra ingredients beyond standard SenSura formulations — engineered to resist breakdown from high-output liquid effluent — while the audible click coupling provides a confident, leak-resistant connection to compatible 40 mm Click pouches.

Usage & Application

Cleanse and dry the peristomal skin. Remove the release liner and align the pre-cut 1-inch opening over the stoma. Press the Xpro adhesive evenly outward from the stoma to remove air pockets and ensure a leak-resistant seal. Snap a compatible 40 mm SenSura Click green-coded pouch onto the flange until you hear the audible click. Replace per personal wear schedule, typically 3–7 days for extended-wear barriers, or sooner if leakage or skin irritation occurs.
