The Coloplast SenSura Click Xpro Cut-to-Fit Ostomy Barrier with a Red Code 30 to 45 mm flange is an extended-wear, two-piece skin barrier designed for adult ileostomy and urostomy users whose stomas produce more aggressive output than a typical colostomy. The cut-to-fit design lets users shape the opening to their exact stoma size, supporting a custom, snug fit without unnecessary skin exposure.

This barrier uses Coloplast’s double-layer adhesive with two extra ingredients added specifically to resist breakdown from the corrosive enzymes and high-output drainage common to ileostomies and urostomies. The result is longer wear time and stronger peristomal skin protection than standard colostomy-focused barriers can usually deliver.

The flat, beige wafer is built to sit comfortably and discreetly under clothing, while integrated belt tabs allow users to add a Coloplast Brava ostomy belt for additional appliance security during activity, sleep, or extended travel. The Click coupling on the flange snaps audibly into compatible Coloplast Red Code two-piece pouches for confident attachment feedback.
