We received mostly what we paid for. The scooter itself is pretty great which I guess is the most important thing but the bag in front of the scooter is nothing as displayed in the picture. The one we received is really small and doesn't have that nice closing flap as featured (it's just open). When reaching out about it to "Customer Service", I was ignored 🙁
I used it to replace a broken plastic seat on a Nitro Deluxe model by carefully drilling 8 holes in the Rollator frame. (Takes some skills…)
The wheel-lock feature is especially useful when extra stability is needed. I also like the compact frame and easy-to-grip handles. It feels like a practical mobility aid that gives a young user room to move while still providing support.
This walker has made moving around the house more convenient. It feels secure when I lean on it, and the front wheels help with changing direction. I also appreciate the adjustable height and folding design when it comes time to put it away.
