This Trim-to-Fit Extended-Wear Ostomy Barrier with Adhesive Tape Collar is a 5 x 5 inch hydrocolloid skin barrier engineered for ostomates requiring longer dressing intervals and customized stoma openings. As the wafer component of the Red Code 57 mm two-piece system, it provides a secure foundation for compatible drainable, closed, and urostomy pouches across colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy care.

The 57 mm flange supports a trim-to-fit aperture up to 1-3/4 inch (44 mm), accommodating a wide range of stoma diameters and irregular stoma shapes that benefit from custom sizing. Extended-wear adhesive is designed to hold reliably for longer dressing intervals than standard-wear formulations, with an integrated adhesive tape collar adding perimeter security against edge lift.

The 5 x 5 inch overall format provides extra surface area for users who need a larger adhesive footprint to manage active lifestyles, large stoma volumes, or peristomal contour irregularities. Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
