The Coloplast Assura AC EasiClose Two-Piece Ostomy Pouch is a transparent ostomy pouch designed for adult colostomy and ileostomy users who prefer a two-piece system with a separately purchased Assura AC skin barrier. The pouch is precut with a 1 inch stoma opening, supporting users with smaller, well-sized stomas where a fixed precut opening offers a quick, consistent fit.

This is a two-piece system pouch — the matching Assura AC skin barrier is sold separately, allowing clinicians and users to assemble the right barrier, opening, and pouch combination for the patient’s specific stoma anatomy and output profile. The transparent film lets users and caregivers visually inspect stoma alignment, output color, and any signs of leakage at the flange interface.

The Assura AC EasiClose family is part of Coloplast’s broader Assura platform, designed around a secure, easy-to-use coupling and a focus on reliable everyday wear. The two-piece design supports more frequent pouch changes without disturbing the underlying barrier, helping protect peristomal skin while keeping pouch hygiene easy through the day.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
