Product Overview

The Hollister New Image™ Two-Piece Closed-End Ostomy Pouch is a 9-inch closed-end pouch designed to attach to a separate New Image™ skin barrier (Blue Code). The two-piece design lets users replace the pouch on its own without disturbing the underlying skin barrier, supporting longer barrier wear and gentler peristomal skin care.

The defining feature is Hollister’s ComfortWear™ panels, which place a soft, cloth-like covering between the pouch and the skin. This makes longer wear cycles more comfortable, supports breathability against the abdomen, and reduces the rustle that some plastic-only pouches make under fitted clothing.

An integrated AF300 filter manages gas during the wear cycle, helping reduce ballooning and keeping output odor in check during normal daily activity. The closed-end format suits formed-output users who prefer to discard the pouch when full rather than empty repeatedly.

Belt tabs are included for users who prefer additional security via an ostomy belt during physical activity. The transparent body lets clinicians and users monitor output without removing the pouch. HCPCS code A4419. Sold non-sterile, single-patient use, FSA eligible. Note: this product does not include the skin barrier; pair with a matching New Image™ Blue Code barrier.
