The Coloplast SenSura Mio Convex One-Piece Drainable Ostomy Pouch is a transparent Maxi-length pouch with an integrated deep-convex skin barrier that can be trimmed to fit stomas from 3/8 to 1-11/16 inch. The 11-inch pouch offers high-volume capacity for users who manage colostomies, ileostomies, or higher-output stomas requiring extra peristomal pressure.

The deep-convex barrier presses gently around the stoma to push it forward and direct output into the pouch, helping reduce leaks for retracted, flush, or hard-to-fit stomas. The EasiClose Wide Closure makes drain emptying quick and clean, while the trim-to-fit design lets users tailor the opening exactly to their stoma shape.

Use this SenSura Mio Convex pouch at home, work, or while travelling for daily ostomy management. The one-piece design simplifies application — no separate flange to align — making it convenient for users who prefer fewer setup steps in their routine.

Return and Refund Policy

We want your shopping experience with us to be super easy, so we've made our return and refund guidelines clear and straightforward.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
