Product Description

The Coloplast SenSura Mio Two-Piece Drainable Pouch in Maxi length is a transparent, filtered ostomy pouch designed to fit a 50 mm flat stoma opening (Red Code). Built for the SenSura Mio click-coupling system, it delivers high-volume capacity for users who manage colostomies, ileostomies, or higher-output stomas.

The drainable design with the Easy Close wide outlet makes emptying quick and clean, while the integrated filter helps neutralise odour and reduce ballooning during wear. The body-side click coupling locks securely onto a compatible 50 mm Red Code SenSura Mio barrier for a discreet, low-profile interface beneath clothing.

Use this pouch as part of a complete two-piece SenSura Mio ostomy system at home, work, or while travelling — pair with a compatible Red Code SenSura Mio body-side barrier (sold separately). The transparent body lets users monitor output for stoma function checks.

Suited for adults seeking dependable, two-piece ostomy management with quick pouch swaps and a familiar wide-outlet drain, the SenSura Mio Maxi pouch is HCPCS A4427 classified and FSA-eligible. Note: skin barrier sold separately and required for use with this two-piece pouch.

Return and Refund Policy

We want your shopping experience with us to be super easy, so we've made our return and refund guidelines clear and straightforward.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
