Product Overview

This single-use peak flow meter mouthpiece from Sun Med is a disposable plastic mouthpiece designed for the standard-size Mini-Wright peak flow meter and other compatible devices. Its purpose is simple: give every patient a clean, untouched mouthpiece during peak expiratory flow testing so the device itself never becomes a vector for cross-infection between patients.

Constructed from molded plastic with a smooth interior, the mouthpiece supports laminar airflow into the meter  important for accurate, reproducible PEF readings. The plastic construction also avoids the soggy edges and cardboard taste of disposable cardboard mouthpieces, which makes the experience more comfortable for pediatric patients and those who test multiple times per visit.

The 1.2-inch outside diameter fits the standard adult peak flow port; overall length is approximately 2.5 inches, giving the patient enough lip seal to deliver a strong, controlled exhalation. Used in pulmonology offices, asthma clinics, occupational health, school nurse stations, urgent care, and anywhere routine peak flow testing is performed.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
