Product Overview

The Propper sterilization mail-in monitoring service is a complete biological indicator (BI) program designed to verify and document sterilizer performance for clinical and non-clinical offices that don't culture in-house. Each box ships everything needed for a month of routine spore-test monitoring across multiple sterilization modalities.

Each kit includes 10 biological indicator test packs, 10 sterilization report forms, and 10 pre-addressed postage-paid envelopes drop the indicator into the cycle, mail it to Propper after, and receive a 48-hour culture-tested report back for your sterilizer log. Compatible with steam (250-270°F / 121-132°C), EO gas (129°F / 54°C), dry heat (320°F / 160°C), and chemical vapor cycles.

Use as part of a routine spore-test program in dental offices, podiatry, dermatology, ambulatory surgery centers, veterinary practices, tattoo / body-mod facilities, and any setting that runs sterilization equipment subject to state, OSHA, and CDC monitoring guidance. The mail-in format eliminates in-house incubator hardware and dedicated lab tech time.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
