Product Description

The Solstice Xact nipple skin marker is a single-use 2 mm plastic BB radiology marker designed for nipple identification across mammography, 3D digital breast tomosynthesis, and CT imaging. The yellow color is highly visible to the imaging tech on the cart but produces minimal artifact on the resulting image.

Multi-modality compatibility is the practical advantage a single marker SKU works for 2D mammography, 3D tomosynthesis, and CT, simplifying inventory across imaging suites that run multiple modalities. The low-density, see-through marking visualizes deeper tissues without obscuring underlying anatomy on the image.

Specially compounded material is designed for DBT to minimize artifact, and the marker offers superior conformity to anatomy stretchy and flexible material follows the breast surface without lifting. Larger lift tabs make removal easy at the end of the exam.

Superior adhesion keeps the marker on the patient rather than on staff hands or clothing. Used by mammography techs and radiology assistants in breast imaging centers, hospital radiology, and outpatient imaging facilities. Manufactured by Solstice.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
