Overview

The ProView® Plus Sterilization Pouch from MicroCare LLC is a 3-1/2 x 5-1/4 inch self-seal paper/film pouch designed for safe, sterile packaging of small dental, medical, and surgical instruments. Compatible with Ethylene Oxide (EO) gas, steam, and chemical vapor sterilization, the pouch features dual color-changing process indicators that visually confirm exposure to sterilization, plus an industry-leading Triple Action Seal™ that creates a reliable barrier between sterilization and use.

Usage & Application

Place the cleaned, dried instrument inside the ProView Plus pouch with the working ends facing the opening. Press out excess air, fold the self-seal adhesive flap over and firmly press along the entire seal to engage the Triple Action Seal™. Load pouches into the sterilizer rack with paper-side facing paper-side and film-side facing film-side to allow proper sterilant penetration. Run the appropriate EO, steam, or chemical vapor cycle. Verify the process indicators have changed color before removing for storage or use.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
