When you sit on a correctly sized TheraBand ball with your feet flat on the floor, your hips and knees should be at about the same height or with the hips slightly higher. Shorter people and children usually need a smaller ball, and taller people a larger one; your physical therapist can confirm the best size for your exercises. Inflate the ball to its full rated size with a hand or foot pump, check it before each use, and keep it away from sharp objects and heat. A 65 cm exercise ball is a common size for many adults.
