Product Description

The Ultra-5 Ultraviolet Disinfector is a countertop UV-C disinfection unit designed for everyday use on non-medical personal items such as cell phones, keys, and similar commonly handled belongings. It uses UV-C light at 253.7 nm to help reduce common viruses and bacteria on item surfaces, without producing irritating ozone. The unit is intended for personal and household use and is not designed for medical devices, medical purposes, kitchenware, or food-contact surfaces.

The device features a large disinfection chamber that can accommodate bigger items or multiple items at once, making it suitable for routine daily disinfection of frequently touched personal belongings. Users can choose between two cycle times, allowing flexibility depending on time availability. Items are placed inside the chamber, and the UV-C light bathes the surfaces during the selected cycle to support surface disinfection. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
