Product Overview

The Parker Labs Aquaflex Ultrasound Gel Pad is a clear, aqueous, disposable transmission standoff designed to improve image quality in difficult-to-visualize and near-field areas of ultrasound imaging. The flexible pad sits between the transducer and the patient’s skin, providing the controlled acoustic standoff that gels alone cannot supply for very superficial structures.

Each 2 cm thick by 9 cm pad conforms to the patient’s anatomy under gentle, even pressure, allowing sonographers to image fine surface structures without distorting underlying tissues. The pad is also useful for cushioning sensitive areas and for sites where direct transducer contact might be uncomfortable, such as fresh post-op areas.

The Aquaflex pad eliminates the need for gel under most conditions and only requires additional gel during prolonged scanning sessions to maintain coupling. The clear material allows easy visual orientation against the patient’s skin and helps technicians keep the transducer aligned with the target.

Each pad is hypoallergenic and bacteriostatic, supporting safe use across general diagnostic, vascular, musculoskeletal, and therapeutic ultrasound procedures. Disposability eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between patients. Sold 6 pads per box and supplied nonsterile.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
