Product Overview

ORTHO-GLASS Solo is a unit-dose, pre-cut fiberglass splinting system from BSN Medical that streamlines splint application for orthopedic and emergency settings. Each 4"" x 30"" splint is a single interlock-knit layer of polyurethane resin-impregnated fiberglass with a built-in liner open the package, dip, and apply.

The interlock-knit fiberglass design gives the finished splint a thin profile with excellent feel-through for fracture alignment, so the clinician can palpate bony landmarks and joint orientation through the splint surface during molding. Radiolucent construction keeps follow-up imaging clean no need to remove the splint to confirm reduction on plain film.

Use for fractures requiring post-op splinting, sprains, dislocations after reduction, and any acute or sub-acute musculoskeletal injury where a quick rigid splint is the right next step. The unique liner allows for application without gloves and removes easily for dressing changes a small workflow improvement that adds up across a busy ED shift.

ORTHO-GLASS Solo is a clinical workhorse for orthopedic urgent cares, emergency departments, sports medicine clinics, podiatry, and orthopedic post-op settings. Unit-dose packaging supports clean inventory management and reduces material waste compared with bulk-roll fiberglass.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
