Product Overview

The Hollister New Image™ Two-Piece Urostomy Pouch is a 9-inch drainable urostomy pouch designed to attach to a separate New Image™ Blue Code skin barrier with a 2-3/4 inch flange. The pouch sits low and balanced on the abdomen during wear, supporting active daily life for urostomy users.

The defining clinical feature is a multi-chamber pouch design that distributes collected urine more evenly across the pouch volume. Compared to a single-chamber pouch, this multi-chamber layout produces a lower, more balanced profile under clothing and reduces the visible bulge that comes from urine pooling at the bottom.

An improved flow-control valve sits more comfortably against the body, supporting confident wear during exercise, work, and travel. Internal non-reflux valves prevent urine from backing up toward the stoma, an important safeguard against urinary tract infection. The drain valve at the bottom regulates flow rate during emptying.

The transparent body lets users and clinicians monitor output volume and color directly. The 1-sided comfort panel keeps the pouch comfortable against the abdomen during longer wear. HCPCS A4432. Sold non-sterile, single-patient use. Note: the pouch ships without the skin barrier; pair with a matching New Image™ Blue Code 2-3/4 inch flange barrier.
