Product Overview

The SenSura Mio Concave is Coloplast's specialized one-piece urostomy pouch built for ostomates whose body shape includes bulges, hernias, or pronounced curves around the stoma. Its star-shaped baseplate is the key innovation: instead of a round flat barrier that lifts at the edges over body contours, the petals of the baseplate hug the body without creasing or folding.

The trim-to-fit convex barrier accommodates stomas between 3/8"" and 1-9/16"", and the integrated extended-wear adhesive is designed to maintain a secure seal even on challenging abdominal geometry. A 400 mL maxi capacity (10-1/2"" length) supports normal urine output between drainings, and a soft opaque-gray textile cover keeps the pouch discreet under clothing.

Use SenSura Mio Concave when standard or even basic-convex pouches struggle to hold a seal for example, after weight gain or loss, with peristomal hernias, or after abdominal surgery that left non-flat scarring around the stoma. Drainable design, Green Code system match.

Stoma nurses recommend the Concave family specifically for users who have cycled through multiple flat and standard convex products and still experience leaks. The star-shaped fit and one-piece simplicity often restore predictable wear time on the most challenging body shapes.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
