The CanDo MVP 3-board clinic set is a balance board set that offers an unstable, sensory-stimulating platform for balance and proprioceptive training and postural reactions. The set includes 16, 20 and 30 inch boards. Screw in one ball to use a board as a wobble board, or two balls to use it as a rocker board. Choose the set with 10 balls and a ball holder, or the boards only.

Training with Balance Boards

The MVP boards can be used for balance, coordination and proprioceptive training; ankle and knee strengthening and rehabilitation; core strengthening and stability; ankle range of motion and flexibility; and improved posture. Start on a larger board with a small ball, then progress to a smaller board or a larger ball as the patient improves. The balls screw in and out with ease, so changing the setup between patients takes only a moment. Add resistance band or tubing through the platform slots to bring the upper body into the exercise. Always have support nearby, such as parallel bars or a wall, when a patient first uses balance boards.
