The CanDo exercise WaTE bar is an easy-to-grip, easy-to-store weighted bar for therapy and fitness. Color-coded by weight, CanDo bars are used in the supine, sitting or standing position to increase strength and range of motion, and also to improve endurance, balance and motor skills. They are perfect for therapy, fitness, group classes, aerobics, yoga and Pilates. Choose from 1 lb tan, 2 lb yellow, 3 lb red, 4 lb green or 5 lb blue.

Exercises with Weighted Bars

Weighted bars for exercise are simple to use in rehab. Lying on your back, hold the bar with both hands and raise it overhead for shoulder flexion; seated, press it up for shoulder presses or curl it for biceps; standing, use it for lunges, squats and trunk rotations. Start with the 1 or 2 lb bar, keep movements slow and controlled, and move up a color when you can complete your sets with good form. Always follow the program your physical therapist gives you.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.
