The Colpac Freezer is designed to support structured cold therapy by storing and maintaining ColPac cold packs at a therapeutic temperature range. Built as a front-load chilling unit, it provides dedicated storage for cold packs used in clinical and rehabilitation settings. With a spacious interior and stainless steel construction, the freezer is suited for environments where consistent cold therapy preparation is part of routine care.

This unit features multiple stainless steel shelves designed for quick freezing and organized storage of cold packs. Integrated trays and cup holders support additional therapy needs, including ice massage procedures. The freezer keeps cold packs in a ready-to-use state, helping streamline therapy workflows and reduce preparation time.

The controlled cold temperature range and adjustable control knob allow facilities to manage cooling levels efficiently. Its compact, high-capacity design enables storage of multiple cold packs without taking up excessive space. Return and Refund Policy

We want your shopping experience with us to be super easy, so we've made our return and refund guidelines clear and straightforward.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Process: After we check and approve your returned product, we'll send you an email. Expect the refund to your original payment method within a week. Keep in mind that depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a bit longer for the refund to show up.
