The ConvaTec Esteem Synergy+ Ostomy Pouch is a 12-inch one-piece drainable pouch with an integrated 1-7/8 inch stoma opening, designed for adult ostomates who want the simplicity of a single-unit appliance combined with reliable, gentle peristomal skin protection. The integrated skin barrier is engineered to stay in place comfortably during everyday wear while still being easy to apply and remove.

The Esteem Synergy line uses Stomahesive or Durahesive skin barrier technologies, both formulated to be gentle on sensitive peristomal skin while delivering durable adhesion through routine activity, sleep, and bathing. This balance helps reduce skin breakdown over repeated wear cycles, which is critical for ostomates managing high-output or otherwise demanding stomas.

A redesigned filter helps minimize clogging, supporting longer effective filter life and keeping the pouch profile flatter under clothing. The filter also virtually eliminates odor venting concerns, making the pouch a discreet option for users in social, professional, and clinical settings.

The 12-inch drainable design provides ample capacity for daytime and overnight wear, with a bottom outlet that supports repeated emptying without removing the appliance. Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
