Resistance can be changed by adjusting your hand position, by changing how deep you insert your fingers, or by moving to a different color web. The PowerWeb includes an instruction booklet with 39 exercises. Choose one of six resistance levels, from Tan XX-Light to Black X-Heavy, or a combo web with two resistance levels in one.

Hand Grip Exercises with the PowerWeb

Lay the web flat on a table or hold it by the rim, then push your fingers into the holes and work against the web: pull the fingers into a fist for flexion, spread them apart for extension, and pinch toward the thumb for opposition. Turning the forearm while holding the web works supination. These hand grip exercises make the PowerWeb a useful finger exerciser for rehab and strength work. Start with a lighter color and move up when the exercises feel easy, and follow the booklet or your hand therapist's program.
