The TheraBand exercise station is a 44 x 24 x 2 inch resistance training station that brings tubing, an exercise bar and handles together in one place for rehab and strength exercise. Using the Exercise Station

TheraBand uses a color sequence so resistance is easy to track: red is lighter than green, and green is lighter than blue. Start a patient on red, then move up to green and blue as they get stronger and can finish each set with good form. Use the shorter tubing when you need more tension over a short range, and the longer tubing for bigger movements. Attach the handles or the exercise bar to the tubing for rows, presses, curls and leg exercises, and check the tubing for nicks or tears before each session.
