Product Description

This Aircast Shoulder Cryo/Cuff is the cryo cuff shoulder replacement cuff only, for use with an Aircast Cryo/Cuff cooler. Combining the therapeutic benefits of controlled compression and cold, the shoulder Cryo/Cuff is designed to minimize edema, hematoma, hemarthrosis, swelling and pain. The anatomic cuff design gives complete coverage of the shoulder, and measured compression keeps the patient comfortable. The universal size fits a chest circumference of 32 to 48 inches. The cooler is not included.

Using the Cuff with a Cryo/Cuff Cooler

The Aircast Cryo/Cuff system is non-motorized. A Cryo/Cuff cooler can be used with any model in the Cryo/Cuff line, and the detachable cooler allows for uninterrupted treatment. If you already own a cooler, this cuff lets you treat the shoulder without buying a full system. If you need the cooler too, choose the Aircast Shoulder Cryo/Cuff with Gravity Cooler.

Safety and Use

Aircast warns that the Cryo/Cuff can be cold enough to cause serious injury, so read and understand all warnings and instructions for use before the first session. Follow your surgeon or physical therapist on how long to use each session, and check your skin often during cold therapy; stop if it becomes numb, very red or painful.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items, but keep in mind that we can't process returns if it's been more than 30 days.

Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If it's a personal preference return, you'll need to cover the shipping fee. Whether there's a restocking fee or not depends on the situation.

Items Damaged During Shipping: If your product shows up damaged, make sure to note it when you get it and don't accept it, especially for big items. We'll only accept returns for defective products, and in those cases, we'll cover the return shipping. If you don't report the damage upon delivery, unfortunately, we won't be able to organize return shipping, and you'll be responsible for all the associated costs.

Returns Due to Change of Heart: Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days to return the unused product in its original packaging. You'll cover the return shipping, and once we get it back, we'll refund the product price, minus the shipping cost.
